I believe in the power of gentle movement, breathwork, and deep rest to support both body and mind.
Wherever you are in your yoga journey, you’re welcome here.
My Approach
Yoga has the ability to reduce stress, build resilience, and promote overall wellbeing—something many of us experience firsthand. My secular classes blend slow vinyasa flow, yin yoga, restorative elements, and even a bit of self-massage when possible. Expect creative, accessible sequences with variations to suit your body and energy levels, all leading to a deeply restful savasana.
Grounded in movement science and mindfulness, my approach is welcoming for those who prefer a non-spiritual, inclusive yoga practice.
My Background
With over 15 years of experience as a speech and language therapist in mental health, I bring an understanding of neurodiversity, trauma, and caregiving into my teaching. My focus is on creating a space that’s accessible, supportive, and beginner-friendly, ensuring that every student feels seen and heard.
What to Expect in Class
You can expect a safe, welcoming space where you’ll be gently guided through mindful movements and breathwork. Whether you're looking for relaxation, stress relief, or a moment of calm, each class will help you reconnect with your body and find ease in the present moment.
“I look forward to the yoga class. It is very relaxing ,the poses are always fun and its good to feel challenged as Jac talks through the different options in her lovely soothing voice.”
